It provides a rigorous and analytical approach by teaching you how to ground your product, communication and growth initiatives in data. So if you’re trying to grow your business as fast as possible while keeping the ship afloat, it’s instructive at showing you ways you might increase growth and engagement with your product. It’s more a mind-shift book than a how-to book.

It covers the process of acquiring users, engagement, retention and monetisation in a clear concise manner that has very practical steps to follow.
It also covers how to set up a growth team and where they should sit within the startup/company. Overall a great read for any entrepreneur or growth centered employee.
This is simply a must read if you are looking into growing a company. It lays out the playbook to continually improve growth metrics. Probably the best book I've read on company growth.
